Dr. Bauman works with leaders, executives, managers, and teams in many different fields. The application of Neurolinguistic Programming to the human side of business challenges is one of his special interests. Dr. Bauman completed his undergraduate work and Ph.D. in Psychology at the University of Wisconsin in Madison where he specialized in the Industrial / Organizational arena. His training led him to conduct extensive research on what makes for compatible and effective teams in work environments. He also worked with the Wisconsin Department of Industry, Labor and Human Relations in a number of Federal and State research projects.
Dr. Bauman's history includes posts such as President of the Rotary Club of Milwaukee, volunteer and member of the Board of Directors of the Counseling Center of Milwaukee, President of the Industrial/Organizational Interest Group of the Wisconsin Psychological Association, member of the Wisconsin Psychological Association Continuing Education Committee, Faculty Advisor at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and the Wisconsin School of Professional Psychology, Internship / Practicum Advisor for Cardinal Stritch University, Advisory Board of Modern of Marshfield, President of the Metro Flying Club, and President of National Psychological Consultants to Management.
ALFRED P. MASCITTI, PH.D.

Dr. Mascitti consults with a diversity of clients in consumer products manufacturing, financial, utility, health care, academic, and travel industries. His specialty in executive and managerial assessment has taken him to China, Europe, South America, Mexico and Canada. His clients range in size and are headquartered throughout the U.S.
Prior to joining Humber, Mundie & McClary, he worked for a large service organization where he led supervisory and professional placement. He also served as chair of a consortium responsible for developing one of the largest selection testing programs in the country. He has developed and validated numerous employee selection systems for executive management, supervisory, professional, technical, sales, customer service, clerical, and manual positions.
Dr. Mascitti served on the Board of Directors of Marquette University High School. He is a Member of the Society of Industrial and Organizational Psychology. His history includes positions such as Chairman of Marquette University High School Gender Task Force and Chairman of Personnel Research Task Force for Edison Electrical Institute. He received his Ph.D. from Illinois Institute of Technology.
M. GORDON PEDERSON, PH.D.

Dr. Pederson consults with numerous organizations within the service, financial and manufacturing industries. He offers clients more than 40 years of experience in management assessment and development. Dr. Pederson has been featured in numerous publications and in various books. He has made presentations at national conferences, and he has published a variety of articles. Dr. Pederson earned his Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology at Marquette University.
Dr. Pederson is on the Advisory Board of Enterprise Services Ltd. and on the Board of Corporation with the Milwaukee Boy's Club.

ROBERT S. SCHEID, PH.D.

Dr. Scheid completed his graduate work at Duke and the University of Colorado. Prior to joining Humber, Mundie & McClary he consulted in numerous settings, including a maximum security prison in Leavenworth, Kansas where he directed a major recidivism study for the government. He brings over 20 years of experience in psychological assessment and management consulting. His clients range from small entrepreneurial, start-up ventures to large multinational companies. He has worked with clients throughout the United States and in over 15 foreign countries.
Dr. Scheid has been on the Board of Directors of non-profit service organizations and the Advisory Boards of several privately held corporations. His history includes serving as Treasurer of the Wisconsin Psychological Association and President of the Division II of Wisconsin Psychological Association.
SCOTT G. ALLEN, Psy.D.

Dr. Allen consults with clients in various organizations, including those within construction, financial, health care, non-profit, and other service industries. He has more than 20 years of experience in management, business ownership, consulting with start-up and growing companies, career development, team-building and organizational assessment. He offers clients a unique blend of knowledge and perspective. He earned his Doctorate of Psychology degree from Wisconsin School of Professional Psychology.
Dr. Allen is currently Director of the Board of Education for a suburban parochial elementary school and a Member of the Board of Directors of Waukeshe Memorial Hospital Foundation. His history includes serving in leadership roles within his parish, as Personnel Committee Chair and congregation President, and as President of his local country club. An avid golfer, Dr. Allen finds himself involved in or chairing several charity golf outings each year in support of different youth-oriented causes.
