ROBERT E. YOUNG, PSY.D.Dr. Young conducts a wide range of supervisory, managerial and executive-level assessments within professional services and the utility, manufacturing and health care industries. He also enjoys assisting private equity firms and client organizations with the human resource side of merger and acquisition due diligence. He has facilitated many team building sessions, organizational effectiveness assessments and the development of succession planning/talent management programs. Additionally, he has helped numerous clients develop competency-based selection and development systems and 360-degree surveys. He has a special interest in coaching managers and executives to maximize their leadership potential.

Bob received his B.A. in psychology from Hope College in Holland, Michigan and his doctorate in psychology (Psy.D.) from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. He completed his internship and four years of active duty serving as Captain in the United States Air Force. Since his departure from active duty, he has enjoyed serving the varied needs of several Midwest-based client organizations for the past 13 years. He is a member of the American Psychological Association, the Society for Industrial Organizational Psychology and the Metro Milwaukee Society of Human Resource Management.
