Lauren Geigel, Psy.D.

Licensed as a Psychologist in Wisconsin since 2011, Dr. Lauren Geigel joined HMM in 2022 and has an extensive background in verifying the skills of a new hire that will contribute to the success and culture of any business. For more than a decade, Dr. Geigel has refined the strong evaluation skills needed to efficiently identify a candidate’s leadership ability, emotional intelligence, and specific work and personal traits integral to any position.

Dr. Geigel earned her doctoral degree in psychology from the Wisconsin School of Professional Psychology, where she studied alongside fellow HMM psychologist Tony Wendorf, Psy.D., and has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee. Dr. Geigel takes great pride in maximizing people’s potential and guiding them towards success in business. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, painting and gardening.
