Dr. Allen provides talent management consulting with leaders in various organizations, including those within manufacturing, construction, finance, health care, hospitality, food service, non-profit and other service industries. He has more than 20 years of experience in business psychology, business ownership, management, consulting with start-up and growing companies, career development, executive coaching, team-building and organizational assessment. Dr. Barcelona is a business psychologist as well as a licensed psychologist in the state of Wisconsin. Russ provides client services in the areas of leadership assessment, talent management, organization analysis and executive coaching. He also develops, validates and implements employee selection systems for a wide array of manufacturing, insurance and financial corporations. Russ has initiated and implemented several leadership competency models to help guide the aligned human resources activities of succession, appraisal and leadership with various regional and global organizations. Rick C. Bauman, Ph.D. RICK C. BAUMAN, Ph.D.

Dr. Bauman is a business psychologist who works with leaders, executives, managers and teams in industries including service, academia, health, finance, food and heavy manufacturing. He also works with family-held organizations and many municipalities to facilitate effective human resources planning. He has a special interest in enabling clients to use life experiences to positively influence an individual’s ability to achieve goals professionally and personally. Alfred P. Mascitti, Ph.D. ALFRED P. MASCITTI, Ph.D.

Dr. Mascitti consults with a diversity of clients in industries including consumer products manufacturing, financial, business-to-business, retail, hospitality, food service, insurance, utility, health care, academia and travel. His expertise in international leadership assessment has prompted his travel to China, Europe, South America, Mexico and Canada. Dr. Young conducts a wide range of supervisory, managerial and executive-level assessments within professional services, utility, manufacturing and health care industries. He also enjoys assisting private equity firms and client organizations with the human resource side of merger and acquisition due diligence. Dr. Unite trained as an industrial and organizational psychologist. She has more than 15 years of experience working in Australia, the United Kingdom and the United States. Julie’s experience has focused on assessment, career development and coaching for individuals across all sectors. Julie draws from a background of educational and counseling psychology and extensive one-on-one consulting experience to provide clients with successful ways to deal with workplace issues.
